Jared was friendly, professional, thorough, and efficient in switching over our dated amenity access system to Brivo. We even had a resident come up to try a FOB during install and though it didn't open at the moment, he troubleshot the issue right away and triple checked to make sure things worked before wrapping up the job. Furthermore, he helped us gain access to our camera systems which prior management had left us hanging on. Can't recommend enough!
