Dan is absolutely amazing. He will take time to walk you through the whole process and help you evaluate each decision along the way. I don't know how he does it by he makes it seem like you are his only customer; he is always available and gives you all the time you need to be comfortable at each step. Dan has help me buy 2 homes, sell one, and now we are in the process of selling another. I wont use anyone else!
Wonderful . Wonderful realtor. We wouldn't hesitate to have him help us again for any real estate need. He walked us through our complex sale and all the extra paperwork necessary. We had many questions, he was always patient and understanding and knowledgeable with our situation and how to do everything necessary. We received a flyer in the mail and called for more info. So glad we did!
We had a great experience working with Holly! We were purchasing a short sale, which was new for us, so we had a lot of questions. Holly either knew or found out the answers for us. She was quick and timely to respond to our inquiries, and kept us updated regularly. She was knowledgeable about our neighborhood and the area as well, and continued to answer our questions even after the sale. Highly recommend!
