Very honest company to work with and communicated very well from start to finish. I had them help me with a pool issue but they also supplied me with a real good referral for a gas line installation. Highly recommend.
I had a selfinflicted issue with my pool heater while still under warranty. The Net Positive guys came out a few days later and after working the problem informed me that the heater valve should be left open all of the time and not just when the heater is in use. Jason was understanding and prompted me to get in touch if we had any other issues. We had a very positive experience with Net Positive!
