My stimulus check was sent to my closed NET account and you flat out refused to reopen the account so i could get my money. Now I have to wait for a paper check, which is going to take forever. Thanks.

Impossible to get help through email when trying to log into the website and you have password issues.
NET credit union needs to ensure security of accounts. I was using my account as a side account to hold on to a nest egg. The account was never touched yet I received an overdraft letter. Apparently my account was somehow charged due to another account holder entering a "typo" when making an online payment this charging my account. When I contacted NET, they did refund the charges but could not reassure me that my account was secure, never apologized for the error, got defense and eventually hung up on me. I joined The Former BELCO CREDIT UNION back in the seventies when I started working for The then Bell Telephone Company. Over the years this Credit Union has been very good to me, but now in my older years with dwindling incomes and higher expenses they have decided that even with many assets, I am not worthy of their help. I would like to thank Loan Officer Sean for all his work and understanding and for finding a working solution to my problems only to be turned down by his superiors. THANK YOU NET.

I am a member of this Federal Credit Union for decades. It upsets me greatly that there is no compassion for federal workers during the shutdown. I was told that my loan can be deferred, but w a $35 fee. I would have thought a federal institution would have compassion and forgiveness when no income is available because of a government shutdown for federal workers. Very disappointed.
Amazing bank, I had fraud on my account filed the claim around 930am and it was taken care of only hours later. Always helpful and provide satisfaction.
I’ve been a member since 1993. Everyone there is awesome, very pleasant and friendly!!
