I was number 7 in line. I waited over An hour at their scranton branch. I had to use bathroom so bad that i ended up not being able to do my transaction. I called to complain and they said we are sorry , our lobby isn not open due to covid. Covid been around over a year to me obviously scranton branch still does not have it together. I just recommend their olyphant branch....stay away from scranton.

Do NOT bank with Net. I am trying to buy large purchases online for our new home... and I mean large as in an entire kitchen... I cannot use my debit card unless I call them first. That’s right... it’s MY money, but I’m not able to use it (over $1500) without asking “mom and dad”. It’s for “my protection” I’m told. How bout we allow adults to makes decisions for themselves and stop having institutions decide what’s best for us?!!! I will be pulling all of my money and accounts out of this bank ASAP. I've been a customer with this bank for almost 30 years.. there have been issues in the past but this most recent one is unbelievable.. changing digital banking systems and losing all your information from before June 1.. I called three times during the week and was told the statements would be up by Friday and if not just stop down and we can print them.. went down today, waited in line at the drive thru for almost 45 minutes.. then they don't have access to the information from before June 1.. they can't see anything and i... read more

Love Net Credit Union, friendly staff, very helpful, answers all my questions, go above and beyond to help solve problems. And bonus the have a Fraud Detection Department, which is super awesome!!! Best place ever, a member since 1996!!!
