When I first started with Nestor Physical therapy, I was bent in half. I suffer from arthritis and sciatica. By week 2 of hands on therapy, I felt a lot of change. Every session I found myself getting stronger and stronger. I was sent home after each visit, with easy tools and exercises to continue to grow my strength. By 6 weeks I can actually stand.
