Absolutely train wreck
New buyout by Primo Brands monopolized the water delivery in the area. The service by the delivery guys is fine, customer service is terrible and they've jacked up prices 30$ per month for us over night. Canceling service and filling at the local spring. Boycott this co...
Zero customer service zero help so glad we have been a long time client for this company to completely go down hill. Thanks for charging us on a delivery never made and then sending a photo which clearly isn’t our home. They wanted us to go hunt down where these water bottles could be and then load them ourselves and then bring them home……
