I happend to stop my payment they always drop wrong delivery and will charge for it on ur card and when I called there is a lady who is very rude Do not want to listen and I said ok so u want to do ur way I will close the account so she says fine she will send the company men to my place and pick the cooler and the merchandise so let's see how will that go I will be there to see how will they entire in my house let's see not happening

horrible customer service - can't even get them to pick up their equipment - your company needs to pick up the cooler and water bottles - you are no longer authorized to charge my card - your customer service is horrible
Worst service! Delivery sends text "on Way" they never show up for days and sometimes for weeks. My Water get delivered outside on in the garage. March 1 delivery driver wanted access inside my home to "check serial# on my water cooler" Luckily I did not allow him in as I had no prior notice from Nestle Waters. I called the company the phone rep investigated and had no notice of anyone needing serial #'s while I was on the phone. I requested the management to call me back and advise what this was about as it was very creepy.... read more
