Updated review: They've really improved the turn around time for pick ups! Just dont be late. Can come hour early for your appointment. Must wear hi viz vest
Not a bad place to pickup loads heavy. Loaded in timely manner take phone in for checkin you'll need it
They were quick to load me the first time but my drive axles were overweight. I came back with my scale ticket and the bald guy with the handlebar mustache as mentioned in other reviews scoffed and told me to move my fifth wheel. I showed him the scale ticket again showing him I was close 900 lbs overweight on the drives and that moving my 5th wheel wasn’t going to fix the problem.
