Shipping office needs to do a better job in directing drivers on how to check in and out. I was left with asking other drivers about how to check in and out and where to get the Bill of Lading. The directions are not sufficient if we are asking other drivers. Loading time was decent if arriving at exact time of appointment.
Drop and hooks and live loads. Fast and may have free cases of water for drivers
