Just picked up my daughters cookie cake. Walked in not knowing what to put on it and came out with the best decoration in the world for her!

Bad Bad Bad. Cody refused resolve my issue to my satisfaction. Design wasn't what I wanted and the cake was hard/crusty around the entire outside edge. Poor product and terrible customer service experience. Gave them a chance to make it right and was treated rudely by the store manager. I've gotten these cakes many times and this one was bad, hard, and crusty. Manager just made excuses.
