Was first impressed that he actually checked his messages and respected to me. But then I came in, he remembered my name from the messages, and got started immediately. John is a very nice man, friendly, and stands by his work. Got me out as fast as he could while still helping other customers too. Highly recommend checking him out if you need a good, trustworthy mechanic
