Great experience all around. We were shopping for engagement rings and wanted to find different options. Anna was super helpful and asked all the right questions. You could tell she was only focused on meeting our needs, she was patient, flexible and amazing to work with. My partner has a stunning engagement ring and will be back to make our own custom wedding bands!

I really wanted to work with Anna, she was a pleasure to collaborate with virtually and in person and she has great vision. However, her follow through and communication were sub par. During a crucial time where we had to move forward with purchasing a stone since inventory moved rapidly (I had already missed out on the original stone I wanted because of the delays in communication), I had to follow up with her several times, even asked her if my project was something she wanted to work on.
