Relax and restore session was a wonderful reminder that we need to just do those two things! If you're thinking about trying yoga, you should definitely take your first class here! Very friendly, warm atmosphere for folks of every level. Carolyn is a fantastic instructor! I've taken hatha, vinyasa & tried the relax/rejuvenate classes. All of them offer a different experience, but very fun. It took me a long time to get the "oompfh" to commit to trying yoga. Since I've found Carolyn and The Nest, I've been addicted to yoga and learning as much as I can.
Love Carolyn so genuine and awesome instructor such a relaxing class. I have back issues and the restorative class felt great

Carolyn Ripp is a wonderfully talented yoga teacher. She is so knowledgeable and has such an easy relaxed personality that builds confidence in any level of yoga student. Her cues to flow to the next movement are so easy to follow even for a beginner, and she is so encouraging. I really enjoy the intermediate class on thursday nights. It is a great workout and I really am learning a lot about yoga in a very short time.
