CJ provides a welcoming atmosphere for all levels. Her classes both challenge and accommodate each participant. I have been learning from her for years, even before she opened her own place. Her studio is as beautiful and nuturing as she is!

The atmosphere is very welcoming and soothing. Carolyn is a wonderful yoga instructor.
The nest is a sanctuary led by a woman who truly passionately loves what she does. The atmosphere is safe, warm, and welcoming. She takes the time to get to know the individual needs of class members and will offer variations for your specific needs. It's really fantastic.
This amazing woman instilled in me a love of yoga three years ago that has benefitted both my mental and physical health. She does an absolute beautiful job teaching and puts her heart and soul into what she does. The Nest is like a mini vacation for your soul. Every friend I have brought along have loved it as well!
The Nest is my happy place. Carolyn does a fabulous job of incorporating mind/body movement and messages. Look forward to a new level of exploration each day I attend. Thank you, CJ!!
