Our experience buying with Nest Realty was both challenging and disappointing as out-of-state buyers. Initially, our agent, Josh, provided helpful video walkthroughs, but issues arose once we pursued an office-exclusive listing within the agency. Because both the buyer and seller agents were from Nest, there was an inherent conflict of interest that left us without strong advocacy.
