Buyers beware. I have no doubt there are skilled and experienced agents at this company. Our experience with Jeff Goldman as Broker in Charge was perhaps an anomaly, but nonetheless buyer beware. Jeff's designated buyer's agent for us stopped taking our calls when a conflict arose with the sellers. Jeff told us this was due to his agent's anxiety. When we wanted out of a deal over a breach of seller disclosures, Jeff screamed at us that "I have two agents working on this deal, Jon!" -- which should spell out for you how this... read more
