Cleaning/preparing a large home for prospective buyer showings is a lot of work, especially with 3 kids. So doing this 3 times... on 3 separate occasions... only for those showings to EACH be cancelled... is just infuriating. 2 times, understandable. A third time? Employ some professionalism with your client...

I met Jake Brady via an appointment I made on May 1st (Thursday night before DERBY DAY) through Zillow to see JUST ONE house, assuming that Zillow would connect me with the seller’s agent.
