I will forever be grateful for Mrs. Sarah Stelmok and her time, patience and consideration throughout the process of relocating my mother back to the city of Fredericksburg. Sarah demonstrated poise and patience throughout the buying process, which included a very tight timeline, significant health considerations and fairly narrow parameters for a new home. Debbie Maxam is amazing to work with! She listened to what our wants and needs were for our first home and found an amazing house that checked off everything on our list including school zone and budget! Debbie stayed in communication throughout the whole process and answered all the questions we had. Debbie's negotiation skills are topnotch and she was able to save us money for closing! I felt like Debbie cared about us and fought for us the whole way through. I would recommend Debbie for anyone looking to buy a home!

Working with Laura M has been nothing short of amazing. She assisted us not only in selling two of our properties, but also helped us transition smoothly into a third home out of state—and she handled every step with professionalism, care, and unmatched dedication. From start to finish, Laura went above and beyond. Her communication is flawless—always prompt, clear, and incredibly helpful. She knows her rules, regulations, and market inside and out, which gave us total confidence in every decision we made. But what really se... read more

We have had the best experience with Nest as first time homebuyers. We wanted to really thank Rachel Flynn (our realtor at Nest) for making our first experience so smooth and efficient! With her managing everything, it felt like a piece of cake. 11/10 recommend for people interested in buying/selling their properties.

In the almost 8 years that I have been working with several agents in this office, I have NEVER heard one bad word. Other, than some good natured ribbing! That speaks volumes about the integri... read more
