Bob Headrick is the ultimate realtor. He has the patience of Job. It took over four years of countless texts, emails, and showings before I finally found what I wanted. The poor fellow had to endure seemingly endless changes in what I needed, wanted, and could afford. In addition, there was Covid. Chastity Morgan, Mountain Area Nest Realty, selling agent. Walk through was delayed because the selling agent did not provide an accurate state of the home. We arrived for our walk through and the residents’ personal items were still in the home. It was as if they had only left for appointments.
