Absolutely dreadfully lazy company. My AC unit hasn't worked since I moved in about 7 months ago. I have submitted 8 maintenance requests since and still haven't had a replacement. I will now have to withhold rent until I can get fully functioning utilities. Stay far far away.
I have to give Adam from the Maintainance a five star. Today is 12/23/2022 and temperature is -34 degrees outside. My pilot light has been shut off 4 times since 2:30 pm. I light it up in beginning. But when it’s off again at 9:30 pm, I can’t light it up. After trying many times. I call the emergency number. Adam answer right away and inform me that he will come in like 30 - 45 minutes.
