Nest if Such a GEM! What a Find! We stumbled into Nest when my husband and I were visiting Traverse City and were very impressed. The gals that work there were so welcoming and wanted to engage with us. It was refreshing to have such a positive customer service experience! We ended up purchasing several items! Great Prices for such a Creative and Fun Store! Nest is a great store I highly recommend! The interior designers all have degrees and are so creative! Everywhere you look is something I love and always different than what I have seen anywhere else! People expect the accessories and lamps to be expensive but they had fabulous lamps from $40.00 & up (the highest one I saw was $150.00). NEST Service is Awesome! 10 Stars Nest is a wonderful store! It is always funny to me when people want great service but don't want to pay for great service and then go online and complain about it. Unique Home Goods This cleverly-named home decorating store in downtown Traverse City offers a delightful array of boutique furniture and unusual home accessories. This is a high-end store with the prices to match, but the high quality and uniqueness of the items makes this a great store to find that one-of-a-kind accent piece to complete your home décor look. Many of the goods are old-fashioned and vintage-y, but with a modern twist. My only disappointment is that they never seem to be open when I want to go there!
Service & Products are The BEST! I LOVE THIS STORE! GREAT SERVICE AND STAFF! We just purchase several furniture pieces from Nest. They were just delivered before the holidays and we could not be happier with the help we received and the professional delivery people. The owner and sales person both came over when the delivery guys were at our home to help place the furnishings in our living room! Beautiful Store & Interior Design The Nest has beautifully made furniture and their displays are so creative! I have worked with the owner for 5 years on two of my homes and have loved what she has done! The staff is always so friendly and knowledgable about their unique items. GREAT OWNER& USA MADE PRODUCTS! Nest has a really great, professional and helpful staff! I think those 2 nasty reviews must be from people with a personal agenda. (It usually takes awhile to build up reviews and those 2, just so happens, were written on the same day...hmmmmm....)Everyone is always really helpful and kind when I am in Nest. Fun & Creative Store! Be prepared to see a lot of stylish home furnishing products in this store! All the gals at Nest were so nice and helped me with my mantel which turned out perfect! I am so happy this store is doing well! Everyone keep shopping here so it will be around for a long, long time! They have a website, too! Rude and misleading staff The Nest does have some beautiful merchandise and I have purchased many items from them since they first opened. My last experience with them though was nothing but unpleasant. I purchased a table from their floor sample sale and rather than pay a $100 delivery charge to have it delivered 6 blocks away, we opted to pick it up ourselves.
