I cannot even explain how much better this experience was compared to my last IUD. I went in SO scared because my previous one was honestly horrible, but Dr Lachlan Baxter was amazing from start to finish. Super calm, really gentle, and just knew exactly what he was doing. Honestly the most wonderful experience with both my pregnancies. Dr P Kell & the beautiful caring midwife’s looked after me throughout and I wouldn’t go elsewhere. I have so much trust for Dr Kell. Amazing practice, if I could give 10 stars I would.
I had a really great experience with both Dr Wakefield and Dr Eloundou. I would return to see them with no hesitation. My experience with Dr Thng was horrible. He was dismissive, rude and spoke over me when I was answering his questions. I needed a referral, he referred me to someone that I did not want to see. When calling to get an updated referral, the receptionist (Taylor?) was rude on the call and transferred my call when I was in the middle of talking.
