The showroom experience was nearly the only positive part of my Nest Bedding experience. I ordered the white glove service which was a complete failure because the shipping company refused to remove the old mattress and set up the new mattress. Also, the incorrect items were shipped. Nest Bedding customer service sent the correct items but it was difficult to get a live person on the telephone. When I did speak to a real person, she was helpful. I must say I have now been to a few of the Nest Bedding locations in California. Each store is beautiful and cozy in its own right. I absolutely love their pillows and it seems like each time I’m in one of their stores I’m walking out with something new. This time it was their Silk Comforter. It is the perfect blanket for the summer heat. I paired it with their bamboo sheets and I sleep so much cooler now. Check them out you won’t be disappointed.

I'm very happy with their products and service. I like a firm mattress and I'm glad that there're different materials and firmness to choose from according to your needs. The pillows are also very comfortable and supportive. The experience visiting Nest was great. Christopher was very friendly and informative in explaining all types of mattresses. Chris was so helpful, friendly, and informative! We had no idea what to expect going into the store but we had such a great and positive experience. He gave us all the right info about the different types of mattresses they offer and let us test them out to see which fit our needs.
