This company deserves no stars. They try to take every dollar from you pocket and claim its in the lease contract. First after living there for more than 4 months I was charged an extra $25 monthly which I had to pay the balance then monthly after" to use their website to pay my rent and filter for the air conditioner" when aked about it they claim its is in a tenant hand book which was not given to me until I asked what the extra money was for.
