Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with an online order. Placed an order for the “Madeline Sofa short” online on Dec 28, with a 6-8 week delivery time. Reached out on Feb 5th at the 6 week mark because no communication had been made about my order or delivery. Was promptly told the sofa was on back order and that it would be closer to 9 weeks.
