Nothing but a bunch of crooks. The craftsmanship on their houses is as equally bad as the way they treat their employees. They have not paid their trades that are owed millions, yet management is still collecting their overpriced salaries. Tenants are being evicted by the banks that are foreclosing on the homes which Nest signed leases with the tenants after the foreclosure proceedings started. Shady people with no conscience or morals.
Have been waiting 2 years and 9 months. Our home is still not built. They are in breach of contract. They have built multiple entire neighborhoods after we signed our contract. At least 10 others in our situation. Bad communication. Will not return calls or emails. Completely uncaring attitude. Lies. Now on 5th project manager. This company is unscrupulous. Avoid them at all costs. Read reviews on Buildzoom and Better Business Bureau.
