I am a vendor who worked more than 20 work orders for them. They have a bad habit of not honoring the allowed price to perform work especially when the house is in bad shape and needs a lot of work. After the work is completed they want you to charge less than they allowed in the work order, at least 3 times this happened I will not work for them again. $160 job they will not pay. $200 work order authorized.

I had a 496 with Transunion and 495 with Equifax. I was considering Bankruptcy or Debt settlement. Last month, my car got repossessed and needed a new car in the worst way. I had collections as well.
