Darin was a wonderful host and was gracious enough to allow my colleague and I to work from his coworking space for a day. We were able to tour the facility and work from their common space, which was quiet and professional. Entry was seamless and had some nice cafes and breakfast spots nearby. Paid for a parking spot nearby, not sure if there is free parking that’s close. Overall, enjoyed the experience and thankful for the hospitality.

Nest saved my freelance software career. I landed here in Q1 2024 with some clients already, but I was chronically late with deadlines and always under intense pressure to catch up. I had plenty of work but not enough hours. Nest is very organic and a sharp contrast from the sterile headphones-on environment at the WeWork and Regus spaces I had tried. Started out renting a suite here in December of 2022. I was referred to Darin who is the building manager by my friend who used to rent a work space there as well. The leasing process was so easy and stress free and the rent is so refreshingly affordable for the location and perks! I rented an office for over a year at Cyberhive and it was an amazing experience. Darin is more than the person in charge, he is family and he cares for each one of the tenants. It’s like a big family. I’ve loved my time there, and it was sad to leave because I loved my office and the whole space but moving into a house with my office at home.
