Do not trust Nest Coastal and anything they say. They are being sued by a bank and a subcontractor for not paying their bills. Like many other contractors, they take your money as quickly as possible and do not deliver. The worst part is that they take their money, go bankrupt, and just open up another business (in this case Nest-Coastal). My husband and I bought a home from Nest in Mooresville, North Carolina.
