I purchased a Nest hybrid latex mattress in 2021. At first, the bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately, after only 3 years, it is worn out and sags quite badly. I'm a 165 lb male and bed frame was a high quality Thuma frame with middle support. It feels like you're sleeping in a depression with firmer foam on the sides and by your head and feet where it is slightly less worn. Customer service is slow to respond and dismissive. Nest’s lifetime warranty is a scam. My hybrid mattress started to sag and sink in in the first two years, and gave me back pain. I’ve contacted customer twice requesting for warranty services and both times haven’t gotten any response. Would never buy another Nest product ever again.
