Since signing last summer, we’ve had 5 different managers and absolutely no communication letting us know when that position is changed. We just suddenly have a new name messaging us and we’re supposed to adapt. The new management sign is always up because it’s always true. New management lost my roommates pet paperwork and charged her an unauthorized pet fee even though it’s their fault. I have contacted maintenance on the emergency number at 8:00 pm 12/26/18 and have been told that a maintenance man is being paged . He called at 8:24 said he would be here within the hour . Our bottom floor Ac has frozen up and flooded our downstairs bathroom. I (the resident ) had major surgery today and informed them of that . We’ve called at 9:00, 10:00 Nothing . Last time we called was informed the manager Chelsea was being paged . She didn’t even have the respect to give the tenant a call. I do NOT recommend this place ... read more

They can't seem to get my daughter's A/C fixed. two different maintenance people and nothing. So for the past 5 days it's been in the high 80's in the apartment!!!
