AJ Pramod had a great insight to the market and the value of the property, which served us well with selling expectations. Also, very professional and communicates well. He kept me up to date all the way during the process which was appreciated.
Very poor experience with Nest&Co. The property manager, Ms. Rishika Mahajan, left without notice, and I was never informed. Key documents were misplaced, communication was non-existent, and a property inspection was done without visiting the property—just using tenant photos. Despite paying management fees, I had to manage things myself. Unprofessional and disappointing service. Avoid if you want reliable property management.
