I have been going to The Nest for all of my prenatal acupuncture, and they are truly amazing. I specifically see Teresa, and she is absolutely wonderful. She always takes the time to do a thorough follow-up before each appointment, explains everything clearly, and brings such a calming energy to every session. Teresa has the best kind of energy that is warm, passionate, yet calming. We had an in depth conversation about everything going and she was nothing short of attentive. She had great dietary suggestions and addressed all my concerns. She was intentional when placing the needles, explained everything she was doing, and I had the most enjoyable, relaxing session. The team at Nest make you feel at home from the very start. I suffered a whiplash accident on Christmas day 2025 and Sarah + her team have done an outstanding job with my care there. Highly recommend for all your pain management goals.
I had my first acupuncture session with Teresa today! Wow, what an experience. The space is incredible, so thoughtfully designed, light and spacious with the charm of SFs older building, elevated yet grounded. Teresa made me feel so well cared for, heard and important, genuinely listening and asking questions to uncover what might really be going on, related to my fertility journey and well as other long standing, unresolved health issues. I left feeling calm, cared for and lucky to have found this acupuncturist.
I’ve really enjoyed working with Theresa on fertility treatments. I believe she helped my body reset following a miscarriage.
