Surprising, fantastic gem of a place – I have been here several times and have always left happy. Food has been fresh and excellent, and atmosphere is cozy and unpretentious. I'm a little alarmed about the "Staph" review. I know many people that have dined there. All have had nothing but wonderful experiences with Nessun Dorma. I am going again tomorrow and expect a great time.
Try the Portabella Mushroom Staph Philly – I am by no means a restaurant reviewer, but I wanted to give my two cents. This place is a very popular "gourmet hole in the wall" with great food and drink specials. However, when I went there last (in November), I ordered a Portabella Philly and got a very serious and terrifying case of Staph (also known as food psoning, which you aren't allowed to say on here??). Superb Food, Fine Wines Very Resonable $ – Casual place with awesome food, great specials and a staff that can talk abuot their wine selection in an accessible and intelligent manner. Best in the summer when you can eat outside since it can get a little smoky inside.
