I would never recommend Lyda Ness-Garcia to anybody. She is unprofessional, rude, mean. She will talk and insult the other party to the family, even if the person has passed away.
SHE JUST LOVES TO TAKE YOUR MONEY CANCEL COURT DATES. DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE HIRING HER.
I hired Lyda Ness-Garcia 2 years ago and she basically took my money and never went to bat at court for me. She charged me 2500 dollars then nickel and dimed me for emails and messenger replys that read "yes" or "no" at 75 dollars per message. I filed a complaint with the state bar against her. I wouldn't ever hire her again... be careful folks.
