I had saline implant's 8 year's prior to visiting Ness,I was never satisfied with my 425cc size,tired of pushup bra's. I wanted a larger implant. Dr.Ness assured me that with the implant he chose, I would not only get more projection ,but also more upper fullness. It's been six month's, breast are so high with no projection, I can't find a bra to fit.I've complained over and over with no satisfying result's. They get your money and their done with you.Sad that 7000.00 hard earned $ in the trash
