I have had unfortunate experiences with Ness Bros Realtors & Auctioneers. In particular Mr. Wayne. I had a problem picking up items within the day/time I was supposed to. I paid Mr. Wayne an extra $45 for picking up a different day or time. He told me he hates clients who do not show up on time. I have only bid on three of Ness Auctions. The first auction I had won a Dining room table and chairs and I called him because I had won another dining room table and chairs at another auction. Ness Bros Realtors & Auctioneers turned a seemingly daunting task into a straight forward manageable process. I really appreciate them working around my schedule, explaining the steps involved and doing what they said they would do. Anna was amazing and always readily available to answer any questions. (Posted on behalf of Brad Kohrman): I’d like to thank two of your exceptional employees, Tobey and CJ. Pursuant to the auction at 16526 Griffin Rd. Due to my sister being out of town and unavailable to pickup up her purchases I had to make arrangements to pickup her items. CJ was awesome! She made arrangements with Tobey for me to pickup the items and upon arrival, Tobey was extremely helpful. Thank you so much for your professionalism and helpfulness.
