I ordered a trailer for the company two weeks ago and the staff at Ness auto did a great job keeping me informed on delivery. When it was time to register it the dmv was a pain to deal with but you guys came through big time with the exact paperwork I needed. I look forward to building a great relationship with you all when it comes to trailers and bodies for my trucks. 5 stars for outstanding customer support.
I visited Ness auto two weeks ago. I explained to the girl behind the desk that I wanted to purchase the PJ trailer that was right outside. I also explained that I went through the PJ website and filled out the paperwork for financing and everything was approved, but they were sending me to a dealer 100 miles away in Rhode Island. I said that I would rather buy it here since it is only 10 miles from where I live. Greg does it again.. Get there after hours and within about an hour, Greg has the issue figured out and fixed at a very very reasonable price. Best place in Connecticut.
I can't say enough about how great Ness Auto is all around, from the staff, to the customer service, to the auto service, to the shop dog who greets you at the door - they're hands down the best around. They were able to install a tow hitch for me in what was a pretty tight time crunch so that I could pick up the boat of my dreams. I'm not sure what I'm more proud of, my boat or my tow hitch. Thanks Ness Automotive!
The crew at Ness is nothing but professional! They were able to install a plow on my back up truck within hours a day before a storm. I will continue to do all my work with NESS and recommend to all!
