Worst coffee company and service!!
I won’t take the time to rehash my long complaint with Nespresso. I left a detailed one the App that controls the option to control my choices & options that my WiFi Nespresso Vertuo Up is supposed to allow me access to & doesn’t. Spent 2 hours w/Nespresso C/S trying to get my Vertuo Up to connect to my WiFi. They absolutely made it sound it was a me problem. Have monthly recurring delivery have moved my delivery to earlier time and is still being delivered late!
I placed an order through the Nespresso app because it advertised a $10 app discount. The order went through, the charge for $53 immediately appeared as pending on my bank account, and then I received a message saying the order could not be processed because it was a “duplicate order.” It was not a duplicate order.
