The order went through, the charge for $53 immediately appeared as pending on my bank account, and then I received a message saying the order could not be processed because it was a “duplicate order.” It was not a duplicate order. This company is a complete scam. I purchased the machine for 35% off less than 20 days ago. Nespresso’s website shows now the machine is 40% off Helen was the customer service representative that I spoke with and her recommendation was that I drive 45 minutesto the local store to ask the manager and then drive 45 minutes back home. All I asked for was a credit for the difference on my account to purchase future pods.
