I’m very disappointed with my experience at the Nespresso Palo Alto location yesterday. I regularly purchase my coffee pods from Nespresso, usually spending around $40–$50 at a time. This time, I was surprised when I was told that a regular shopping bag would cost 10 cents, since bags had always been provided during my previous visits. I asked if they had any free bag available. IYKYK quality, coffee, Italian design, cups,machines. Can be busy, be patient. They’ll take good care of you just the way George Clooney would if you were at his Lake Cuomo home. Retail shop to upgrade your coffee maker or to pick up some extra sleeves of delicious flavors.
I had a wonderful experience coming into this boutique and the coffee specialists were very friendly and helpful! I left excited to try the newer blends!
There is no knowledgeable tech conversation when trying to get back to making coffee after the descaling process. The team was disastrous. 5 people. 1st 2 experienced. Last 3 noticeable beginning levels of knowledge. Ridiculous to offer senior tech support in 3-5 days? And no time frame? Situation was fixed, tho not by your people. They say the machine needs returning and they’re sending a box. Your customer care…DOESNT CARE. It’s a joke!
Absolutely loved my experience! The coffee was delicious, fresh, and made just right. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional customer service. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind, making me feel valued as a customer. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. I highly recommend stopping by if you're looking for amazing coffee and outstanding service. I'll definitely be back!
