The experience was disappointing. I was excited to be visiting Atlanta and have the opportunity to visit a Nespresso Boutique. We went 25 minutes out of our way to go to the mall specifically for Nespresso. The staff weren’t rude but they made the experience difficult- they kept speaking as if we knew what was happening. For example, after asking what brought us in, one of the women just said “what’s your email?” No explanation as to why she was asking for it. Sorry but each time I come in they're super rude to me. Last time my bf and I came in, we were looking at the menu on one side of the checkout and the lady with glasses came in and said oh I'm checking out these customers sorry...but they didn't need the menu, they were checking out. Already felt kinda unwelcome there. Shame bc there's an Asian lady who's always nice and says hello but we feel unwelcome usually and can't help but wonder if it's bc of our race/look.
Agree with others. The set up of this store is so annoying. They usually have two people just standing around giving samples instead of taking orders. I’ve waited upwards of 15+ minutes just to have someone take my pod order. I wish there was some sort of iPad so that they can just work on the order or pick up in store. Something so that this process isn’t so miserable
