I’ve always had great customer service when visiting the store at Masonville, however today was next level! Shiva, Emily, and Kyle provided fantastic customer service! A colleague of mine and I visit here quite frequently and today was by far the best visit yet. Shiva not only helped us select a new espresso to try, he also fired up the brand new Aeroccino milk frother for us to pair with our coffee. I updated this from 2 to 4 stars. The first time I went (close to the holidays), there was an endless line and it was so inefficiently organized that I ended up leaving. But the second time, the line was short and the people were extremely nice. I just wish they had a separate line for people who don't need to taste and know what they want
Kyle was excellent! Very helpful and informative! He gave so many great recommendations for a Mother’s Day gift!
