RecommendedNicole is the greatest manager...ever. She knows how to run a unit - with love, happiness, firmness when needed, and unobtrusive assistance. The residents love her, and with good reason! Nicole values the family unit and assists the family as much as the resident! She knows family, she knows relationships, she knows love. The residents are the greatest also, friendly, loving, helpful. The units and the grounds are immaculate. If I could live there, I would!
Recommendeda Senior Living facility. All the amenities of your own home safety security love the place
cause I was done wrong.my mom passed there,and a day after she died I ended up in icu.i was there bout 5 day's and I bout died.wen I got out I had mine and my moms apt to pack and get out. well they gave me 4 hrs to get my moms stuff out. they ended up keeping my moms stuff and mine. My mom lived there 7 yrs and so did i.i hadn't had time to even grieve over my mom. they talk to you like your a dog.they don't care bout the elerdy people.everyone stays in there apt stay depressed. I would tell anyone it's a good place to live... read more
👎needs Better staffing. Very rude to people that are struggling to get by with mental disorders. Although apartments are very nice still would not recommend. Places well kept but only because tn government regulations. Lets just say the current staffing and and the officials very unkind and snobby and probably only there for pay.🤮🤷♂️
