Great service, friendly staff and efficient care
Regarding all my painful maladies, Dr. David Manzella, of 'Back In Balance', has been instrumental in helping me manage multiple chronic conditions and, quite literally, has kept me out of a wheelchair. Dr. David's treatment provides significant relief and allows me to maintain mobility and function in daily life.
Every other week for several years now, I’ve gone for a “tune- up” adjustment with my chiropractor, David Manzella at the Ellsworth Back-in-Balance. “Mr. Doctor David” always finds the spot(s) + gets me straightened out, knowledgeably, gently, and with good humor.
