Absolutely awful, my aunt is bedridden, Neshoba Paramedics attempted to force her vertical to stand. She cannot stand and had to beg them to lay her back down. That’s before even getting her to this ER, which turned out to be a joke with little care, and rude employees. Honestly, deserves zero stars. If we did not live out of state from my aunt and uncle, and had been more familiar with the area, we would’ve immediately gone elsewhere.
Every time my family or I have had to come in to Neshoba General we have been treated with the utmost care. My 99 y/o father-in-law was admitted last Thursday with pneumonia and dehydration. Everyone that treated him did an excellent job! We want to say a great big thank you to each one. I cannot name all of their names, but they know who they are!!!
They were able to get my mom in asap and get her directed to the people she needed. Unfortunately, she passed, but they did all they could and im thankful.
The worst medical experience I have ever had. Nurses and staff showed no concern. I have never experienced such blatant disrespect towards a human being. Did not take temperature or run multiple tests that should have been run. Did not follow multiple protocols. Released me after 1 hour with a raging temperature, unable to breathe, disoriented, and unable to keep my eyes open. Sorry excuse of an establishment. Do better.
