They were able to get my mom in asap and get her directed to the people she needed. Unfortunately, she passed, but they did all they could and im thankful.
The worst medical experience I have ever had. Nurses and staff showed no concern. I have never experienced such blatant disrespect towards a human being. Did not take temperature or run multiple tests that should have been run. Did not follow multiple protocols. Released me after 1 hour with a raging temperature, unable to breathe, disoriented, and unable to keep my eyes open. Sorry excuse of an establishment. Do better.
Saw dr Meyers at the er and was plain to me from the moment I walked in that I was just another patient to her. Came in for persistent nausea and vomiting, but it seem to me that jer priority is seeing as many patients as she can. They did not so much as check me foe dehydration. They gave me a shot pf zoftan and sent me home. The entire trip took roughly 15 minutes
The receptionist was very racist and Rude. My husband went into the ER. He doesn’t speak English, I was on the phone to translate for him. And she didn’t let me speak, all I hear was “ No, no turn off the phone you need to come with someone who speaks English “ Once I hear that, I call directly and she pretended she couldn’t hear me I kept calling back and she didn’t answer anymore. Although it had been a while since my last visit to the ER in neshoba general, The service is still excellent. I didn't have to wait too long to be admitted into a private area for treatment. Do you attending nurse was very informative and knowledgeable about his duties and although I expressed irritation at waiting for a length of time for treatment, he explained that there were problems with the x-ray equipment and offered some medication for pain relief which I was very grateful for.
