My 80 year old Mother was placed here for 13 days. Once she fell out of the bed around 5:00 am, although I had called twice that day to check on her, neither nurse told me she had fallen. It wasn't until around 2:00 p.m. that the incident nurse call to let me know she had fallen. I asked for the railings to be put on her bed. They said that due to state law they couldn't, even if I signed a waiver releasing them of all liability. I was told that only patients who were having seizures were allowed to have railings. My brother's nurses take great care of him. He has great new social worker now. I went to see him from Kentucky in October. N he looked so good . . I met some of his nurses. They were nice n friendly. He love it there. I will be back to visit him soon..

I can never reach my brother's social worker. I've been calling since June 2022. She never returns my calls. I have left messages with other staff for her, but she still doesn't call me. I don't understand why n I don't know what else to do. Maybe I can reach the director of the nursing home? 🤔

Horrible. Just horrible. They truly do not care and are rather incompetent.
