The CNAs are paid poorly and they are the ones who give the most care to our loved ones. Short handed and when I called administrator, he said they can’t be by law. Maybe the law but I was told they are short handed . My dad had a sleep aide which was as needed, i couldn’t get him to hold a conversation because he slept all the time. We should have had that medicine taken off his chart. That was from after surgery at St Dominic’s and should have been deleted.
