I've been a member of this credit union for over 25 years (since they were LFFCU) and they have been consistently amazing. Whether it be account updates, various loans, debit card protection, the customer service is exceptional. I had some questions recently so I called and talked to Carol and she was so friendly and helpful. A week later, I went to the Methuen branch to do a wire transfer and Stephanie took the time to ask me if I was certain that the receiving party was legitimate.
