As a person residing outside of Canada I would highly recommend the services of this company. David communicates clearly and demonstrates a good understanding of my property's needs. He resolves any issues related to the property or a tenant with speed and diplomacy. I have been using David Nesbitt's services for over 7 years and will continue to do so.
