Nesbitt Contractors Co. Inc. is top of the line with very experienced professionals. They look ahead for problems not seen in the design phase, which saves enormous amounts of money. They build to spec. and to please. Easy to talk with.
Judging by the other reviews, it seems like this company hires rude, untrustworthy people. Personal experience with one of their employees has shown they don't care about the persons personal opinions or conduct either, as I've been threatened, harassed, and targeted by Sean Dehart in his off time, and have had loved ones also mentioned in a threatening manner. Choose any company other than this one for your roadwork.
Recently, NE Mesa had quite a bit of construction going on the corners of our streets. Apparently, later there will be new blacktop laid after the corners are done. I want to write about the wonderful experience that I have had with all of the employees who worked on our corners. We have a corner lot and we had just laid irrigation piping for our front yard. If "zero" was an option, I would even venture to go lower than that. As a city contractor, Nesbitt has shown how untrustworthy and disrespectful they are. This morning I was rudely awoken by my doorbell ringing twice. I answer the door, and the representative from Nesbitt is telling me to move my vehicles as they are starting the resurfacing of our street. The signs on the street indicate work will begin on 10/2.
